Hey there, I'm Alison! Cycling has been one of my favorite workouts for years, and when I began instructing, I fell further in love with it. My classes are structured to slow it down a bit and focus on form and technique, while challenging you to build strength with heavy resistance, as well as build stamina with high cardio! Remember, the instructor is just the guideline - the work is yours to put into each class. We are here to help you reach your fitness goals, one pedal at a time!
