Q:  What should I bring to class?

A:  Just bring some water and a sweat towel.

Q: What kind of clothing and shoes should I wear?

A: Tighter fitting clothes (typical fitness apparel) and tennis shoes. (All bikes are equipped with SPD compatible pedals as well)

Q: How long is each class?

A:  You have your choice between a 30 minute class or a 45 minute class.

Q: How physically demanding are the classes?

A: The class is what you make it. Instructors are presenting a higher intensity class but you are encouraged to take it at your own pace. Classes are set like this to accommodate all fitness levels.

Q: What if I can't keep up with the instructors directions?

A: Just keep pedaling. As long as you are trying your best, you’re making progress!

Q: How do I pay for classes?

A: We accept cash and Venmo payments in person when you arrive.
